It’s a one man show here but he is fantastic! I assume he is the owner too. Such a hard worker and makes delicious foods and smoothies. Order ahead if you don’t want to wait but walking in I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. Well worth it!

Stumbled into Bambú Juice Bar when the bridge by the Pompano lighthouse decided we were not going anywhere for a while… and honestly? Best traffic delay ever. 😂 This place is SUPER cute, colorful, and welcoming, and everything we ordered was crazy fresh. You can actually taste that it’s real ingredients and not the “mystery smoothie mix” some places use. The guy working there was so nice and made us feel right at home while we waited. And yes — things took a little time to come out, but that’s because they’re actually making everything fresh to order, so be patient. It’s worth it. Perfect little tropical stop if you’re stuck at the bridge, cruising A1A, or just need something healthy and delicious. Would absolutely go back (maybe next time even hope the bridge is up). 🌴🥤

The monkey business with peanut butter protein was awesome and the price was reasonable. About $15 for the large in total. The ingredients were fresh and the flavor was great!

Amazing, Fresh, Organic, Local, Cold Pressed Juices, Organic Acaí, Organic Cuban Coffee, The Ice Cream Club Ice Cream. The neighborhood just became better. Super friendly staff, super clean, plenty of parking. A total win! And you can walk over to the park overlooking the lighthouse!
